What does a Microsoft 365 migration involve?
Planning, testing, cutover, and cleanup are executed by our in-house team rather than handed to a subcontractor. That covers email, files, identity, and the workflows attached to them, including tenant-to-tenant consolidation after an acquisition. Migrations are scheduled around your operations, not the other way around.
Can Centaris manage Microsoft Teams voice and meeting rooms?
Yes. We deploy Teams Phone through Microsoft Operator Connect, design and install Teams Rooms and the audio and video hardware in them, and manage the environment afterward, including moves, adds, and changes. Most organizations treat voice as a separate vendor relationship. It does not need to be.

A Copilot readiness assessment answers that before you buy licenses. Copilot surfaces whatever a user already has permission to reach, so oversharing, stale permissions, and unclassified data become visible fast. We review identity, permissions, data classification, and licensing first, then map a phased rollout you approve.

Through the controls already in your tenant, configured correctly: Entra ID and conditional access, Defender, Intune device policy, and data governance in Purview.
